About

Roche is a global healthcare company with more than 100,000 employees worldwide, dedicated to advancing science and ensuring access to healthcare for generations to come. Their medicines treat over 26 million people and their Diagnostics products conduct over 30 billion tests annually. Based in Kaiseraugst, Aargau, Switzerland, this internship is embedded within the ASPIRE project — a major global IT and business transformation program leveraging SAP S/4HANA to create a unified, efficient, and user-friendly digital solution across Roche's business units. Support the Organizational Readiness Lead and Project Lead in connecting the ASPIRE project with various business units. Conduct stakeholder analyses, draft and distribute project communications, and develop measures promoting acceptance of new processes. Prepare reports and presentations, coordinate and book meetings, maintain distribution lists, manage the shared inbox and Trello access permissions. Provide PMO support including maintaining project documentation, tracking action items, milestones, and deliverables across multiple timelines. Support resource management, capacity planning, and status reporting workflows. Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Monday, or smart tracking sheets to optimize team productivity. Assist in planning and executing project-related events including booking venues, arranging catering and logistics, and preparing materials for All Hands meetings, go-live celebrations, and team-building activities. Ensure project branding consistency in presentations and newsletters, and support creative initiatives such as video production with Camtasia, handling project merchandise, and running internal engagement campaigns. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, Business Psychology, General Management, Project Management, or a related field. Strong interest in project management and organizational change. Creative and detail-oriented with an eye for visual design. Highly motivated with a proactive and structured approach to work. Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Basic design and video editing skills (e.g., Camtasia, Canva) are a plus. Non-EU/EFTA citizens must provide a university certificate confirming that an internship is a mandatory part of their studies. On-site presence in Kaiseraugst is required; fully remote work is not possible. A hands-on internship opportunity to join one of Roche's flagship global transformation programs (ASPIRE). Work directly with organizational readiness and project leadership teams, gaining practical experience in change management, PMO support, and digital transformation. The internship runs for 3 to 9 months with flexibility within that range. On-site collaboration in Kaiseraugst is the primary working mode, with some flexibility available. Roche fosters an inclusive culture that values personal expression, open dialogue, and genuine connections, empowering interns to thrive both personally and professionally.
