Support colleagues in leading strategic workstreams in finance transformation programs for banks. Translate complex business challenges into innovative solutions and actionable roadmaps together with the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, delivery, and architecture. Support client engagements from early shaping through to execution, including C-level interactions. Create presentations and support the team in preparing for customer calls. Contribute to internal capability building and team development. Help define and evolve the company's finance and risk transformation offering for banking clients.
Master's degree or Ph.D. in Economics, Finance, Physics, Mathematics or a similar subject. First experience in strategy consulting, ideally with a strong analytical foundation. Ideally experience in banking with an understanding of industry dynamics. Strong technology affinity, comfortable working with digital tools, data models, and transformation platforms. Familiarity with transformation programs, including process and operating model design and system implementation is a plus. Risk management experience is a plus. Experience with finance software, especially from SAP and SAP Fioneer, is a plus. Fluent in English; German is a plus.
