Scipio Family Office is a multifamily office providing legal support, deal advisory and structuring for complex transactions ranging from corporate reorganizations to centi-million CHF buyouts. This summer analyst role is based in Zug with potential for continued part-time work during studies and full-time transition upon graduation as the firm expands to Geneva. Supporting deal advisory work including buy side M&A due diligence; supporting general company administration and operational matters; assisting with financial analysis, budgeting and reporting; contributing to internal projects across the broader family office. Motivated, proactive and diligent attitude with genuine interest to learn and grow; currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or closely related field; discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters; strong academic record with consistently good grades in Business and Law modules; practical experience favourable (prior internship, working student role, or equivalent); excellent command of written and spoken English and good working knowledge of German; additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish) a plus. Paid internship from early-mid July through September 2026 based at Zug office; direct exposure to deal advisory and operative day-to-day work; mentorship and feedback from team members; potential for a future career within the company.
