Contribute to the proper use of Quality System tools (BPA, OpenText, iGrafx) and provide IMS team support including troubleshooting and coordination of administrative activities. Monitor and support migration of pending actions in SQUARE. Maintain and update SharePoint sites used by the Integrated Management Department. Organise and maintain documentation and shared folders within the IMS team. Create and update training materials for IMS system tools. Organise meetings and provide administrative support including invitations, logistics, and minutes. Support coordination of internal and external audits. Assist in updating and aligning international standard requirements across Quality System tools.
Strong interest in Quality Systems, process and documentation management, and continuous improvement tools. Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with good communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders. Ability to plan, prioritise, and execute tasks effectively. Proficient in French and English. Proficiency in Microsoft tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Copilot.
