SIX Group AG drives the transformation of the financial markets. SIX Securities Services acts as the central custodian for securities in Switzerland and is subject to numerous regulatory requirements, particularly in the tax area. To meet growing customer needs and promote young talent, SIX offers a one-year internship in the Tax Services division at its Olten location. You will handle daily business in the Regulatory Tax team with a focus on US Tax, Transaction Based Taxes, and Account Documentation in a low-risk and customer-oriented manner. In the Tax Processing Services team, you will learn to independently handle tax reclaim services for various international markets. You will support operational, administrative, and analytical activities as well as tax-relevant projects and publications. You will independently handle customer enquiries and conduct professional clarifications with custodian banks, tax authorities, and other external counterparties. You will actively work on more complex tax issues and continuously expand your expertise. Completed bachelor's degree in business administration, business law, business informatics, or a comparable field. Initial experience in handling data and data analysis is an advantage. Team-oriented personality with initiative and convincing communication skills. Strong analytical and conceptual skills, a structured and independent working style, and very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint. Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written. A one-year internship providing a comprehensive insight into the tax aspects of the securities business. You will learn about the most important types of taxes in the securities sector, support depot documentation and account opening along the custody chain, and assist in processing tax reclaim claims in various markets.
