Carrying out key exchange processes to ensure secure communication channels. Managing and maintaining participant master data. Processing forms (online and PDF), including checking incoming participant forms. Making adjustments to websites and the SIC SharePoint. Providing general administrative support within the SIC Operations team. Participating in projects, maintaining statistics and evaluations, and offering support where needed.
Currently enrolled in studies, preferably in a business-related field. Technical understanding or a high IT affinity is an advantage. High degree of independence and willingness to help. Team player with enjoyment of customer contact. Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio, etc.). Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; French is a plus. Must be resident in Switzerland due to access to productive systems.
