SpeciTec SA is recruiting a Finance or Accounting student for a 6-month part-time assignment with a global company operating in the precious metals and financial services industry. The role is based in Chiasso, Ticino and offers hands-on experience in an international finance environment. Process and manually enter supplier invoices into the accounting system. Ensure accurate and timely booking of accounting transactions. Support the Finance team during the ERP migration project. Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation. Assist with basic accounting tasks as required. Work with Oracle, Microsoft Excel and Outlook on a daily basis. Collaborate with the Finance teams based in Ticino and Geneva. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. Available for a 6-month part-time assignment (30–60%). A first experience or internship in accounting or finance is an asset. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook. Familiarity with Oracle or another ERP system is an advantage. Fluent Italian is mandatory, good command of English is highly appreciated. Detail-oriented, reliable and eager to learn. A 6-month part-time position (30–60% pensum) in Chiasso, Ticino supporting the local accounting team during an ERP migration project and finance transformation initiatives. The role provides hands-on experience in invoice processing and accounting within an international environment with interaction with colleagues in both Ticino and Geneva. Depending on operational needs, there may be the possibility to temporarily increase the workload during the assignment. Starting as soon as possible.
