SpeciTec SA is recruiting on behalf of a global company operating in the precious metals and financial services industry, with a Finance team based in Chiasso, Ticino, Switzerland. The team also collaborates closely with colleagues in Geneva. The company is currently undergoing an ERP migration project and broader finance transformation initiatives, which has created a temporary need for additional support within the local accounting function. Process and manually enter supplier invoices into the accounting system. Ensure accurate and timely booking of accounting transactions. Support the Finance team during the ERP migration project. Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation. Assist with basic accounting tasks as required. Work with Oracle, Microsoft Excel and Outlook on a daily basis. Collaborate with the Finance teams based in Ticino and Geneva. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. Available for a 6-month part-time assignment (30–60%). A first experience or internship in accounting or finance is an asset. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook. Familiarity with Oracle or another ERP system is an advantage, but not required. Fluent Italian is mandatory; a good command of English is highly appreciated. Detail-oriented, reliable and eager to learn. A 6-month part-time assignment (30–60%) based in Chiasso, Ticino, offering hands-on experience within an international environment in the precious metals and financial services industry. The role provides the opportunity to develop practical accounting skills, gain exposure to an ERP migration project, and collaborate with finance teams across two Swiss locations (Ticino and Geneva). Depending on operational needs, there may be the possibility to temporarily increase the workload during the assignment.
