The Zurich office supports SPD's global client solutions and portfolio management activities. Provide support to the Client Solutions team on project management, client servicing, and portfolio-related tasks and analysis. Assist in the preparation, updating, and optimisation of presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials. Support the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of databases, reports, and case studies. Assist portfolio managers and team members with portfolio analysis, monitoring, and performance reviews. Contribute to the development and updating of internal and external communications and documentation. Participate in ad hoc projects and analyses across business functions including investments, operations, and reporting. Provide administrative support for planning, data entry, and project coordination. Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure consistent messaging and up-to-date information. Undertake other duties as assigned to support the needs of the business. Bachelor's degree required, with a concentration in finance, business administration, economics, or equivalent preferred. Fluency in English is required; German is a strong plus. Must be able to commit to a 12-month tenure. Solid understanding of investments and private markets. Strong project management and writing skills. Understanding of business development and capital raising processes is desired. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft Office programmes. Highly motivated with demonstrated initiative, independence, and adaptability. Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong focus on efficiency, data quality, and continuous process improvement. Must be at least 18 years old. A 12-month internship opportunity within StepStone Private Debt in Zurich, offering broad exposure to senior professionals across research and investment, legal and compliance, monitoring and reporting, operations, and sales. The role provides hands-on experience in private debt markets, client solutions, and institutional investor relations.
