The Cargo Global Sales Development team works across HQ and global local stations, managing a broad range of responsibilities and international interfaces within the air cargo business. Work on various projects together with internal and external interfaces, including a new cargo management system upgrade and a collaboration project with Lufthansa Cargo. Support the team in process reviews and their documentation. Support the preparation of training content for global sales teams. Prepare presentations and KPI reports, for example for weekly performance measurements. Work on new tools and templates to provide to global sales teams. Support and conduct regular deep-dive sales analyses. Participate in regular team and other relevant interface meetings. HF diploma, Bachelor's or Master's students or graduates in Business Administration, Economics or a similar field (HF diploma and Bachelor's students must have completed at least three semesters). Team player with very good communication and social skills. Independent and responsible way of working. Very good analytical and conceptual skills. Ability to articulate and illustrate analyses and presentations. Very good spoken and written English skills; German and any other language is an asset. Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. A 6-month internship (80–100%) fully integrated into the Cargo Global Sales Development team at SWISS headquarters in Zürich/Kloten.
