The Corporate Development team sits at the heart of the company's strategy function, translating strategic frameworks into execution and driving projects that shape the future direction of the airline. Contribute to strategic execution by collaborating with relevant departments across the airline. Support strategic projects and initiatives through data aggregation, analysis, and visualization. Conduct trend and market analyses as well as competitive benchmarking. Facilitate and prepare executive briefings and presentations for relevant meetings. Support the drafting of general presentations and board documents. Prepare and coordinate team meetings, events, workshops, and offsites. Bachelor's or Master's degree, or an HF Advanced Federal Diploma of Education, ideally in Business, Strategy, Aviation, Tourism, Engineering, or a Management-related field. Must be enrolled during the internship period or completing a gap year between two degrees. High data literacy including the ability to analyze, structure, interpret, and visualize data to support strategic decision-making. Understanding of financial concepts and their application in a strategic context. High affinity for strategy work and the airline environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational skills. Very good command of both German and English.
