Join the Financial Accounting Services team and support the transformation of SWISS' finance landscape. Key responsibilities include: supporting strategic finance transformation initiatives from concept design to successful implementation; analyzing, optimizing and standardizing end-to-end accounting processes to increase efficiency, automation and compliance; collaborating with business, IT and other stakeholders to develop innovative, user-centric solutions for the global finance community; leveraging digital technologies and process analytics to identify improvement opportunities and enhance user experience; and contributing to continuous improvement by challenging the status quo and driving innovation across the financial accounting landscape. Bachelor's or Master's degree, or HF Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in business administration or a similar field. Initial practical experience in finance, project management, process management or digital transformation is an advantage. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Proactive, independent and solution-oriented mindset. Interest in process optimization, digital technologies and innovation. Very good written and spoken English; German is an advantage. 100% workload preferred. This is a limited internship role of 6 to 8 months at 80–100% workload based in Kloten, Zurich.
