Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) is a leading airline and part of the Lufthansa Group, headquartered in Kloten, Zurich, Switzerland. The Network Management team is responsible for shaping the strategic development of SWISS's route network, determining where the airline flies and how its fleet is deployed. The team works closely with Lufthansa Group hub airlines and cross-functional departments within SWISS. Support various projects in network and fleet planning. Coordinate network-related topics amongst Lufthansa Group hub airlines and with other departments within SWISS. Following a familiarization phase, take ownership of independent sub-projects. Create quantitative ad-hoc analyses, network key performance indicators (KPIs) and market reports. Actively participate in various monthly review meetings, including route profitability and fleet wet lease reviews. HF diploma, Bachelor's or Master's students or graduates in aviation, economics or business administration (HF diploma and Bachelor's students must have completed at least three semesters). Strong analytical, conceptual and structural thinking skills. Proactive and collaborative mindset with the initiative to drive projects forward. Proven interest and enthusiasm for the aviation industry. Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus (e.g. German). Very good MS Office skills with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint; additional IT skills such as Power BI are welcome.
