As a Brand Marketing Intern, you will be embedded in the Brand Team within the finance sector, working closely with the social media and brand management team. Social media responsibilities include managing influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end (concept development, influencer identification, activation coordination, and project oversight), managing the Swissquote social media community by replying to comments and messages and proactively engaging daily, assisting Social Media Managers with content publishing via a dedicated management platform, creating content using Canva and CapCut, conducting social media benchmarking and trend monitoring, and participating in vertical video creation. Brand management responsibilities include coordinating entry point products and segments (including Themes Trading and Student target audiences), assisting in cross-departmental project coordination to ensure brand messaging consistency, contributing to creative brainstorming sessions for brand initiatives and client activations, supporting client satisfaction by helping resolve inquiries during campaigns and promotional periods, conducting competitive and market analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams and international offices, and managing the department's main communication inbox. French mother tongue with a strong command of English required; Italian and/or German are a plus. Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree in Marketing (HEC, HES, or equivalent). Previous internship experience in marketing is a plus. Strong interest in online and offline marketing and brand strategy. Interest in the banking/finance sector is an advantage. Excellent command of PowerPoint and Excel. Familiarity with CRM systems and web analytics tools is a plus. Creative, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to synthesize information. Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative. A fully immersive experience within a dynamic Brand Team at a leading Swiss online bank. Hands-on involvement in real marketing initiatives spanning social media, influencer marketing, brand management, and strategic analysis.
