Sygnum places strong emphasis on diversity, integrity, meritocracy, and collaboration through its SYGN values. Ensure smooth client settlement of fiat (e.g. options) and crypto trades. Reconcile daily balances and positions, and periodic client staking rewards. Support and manage daily operations for both fiat and digital asset transactions, including staking, payments and payment investigations, security transfers, and subscription and redemption of funds. Open and maintain financial products in the core banking system. Support the implementation and operational handling of new products and services. Contribute to continuous quality improvement and risk management of Financial Services Operations. Identify tasks that can be automated or improved via Macro, Excel, etc. Support ad hoc administrative tasks whenever required. Report directly to the Head of Banking Operations Processing. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to collect and analyse information and solve problems in a structured way. Confident appearance in meetings, able to share views professionally. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Willingness and ability to learn quickly, deep-diving into new topics independently or with the support of others. Strong can-do attitude suited to a startup environment with a broad scope of action. Open-minded team player who can collaborate efficiently across multiple teams. Full commitment and readiness to contribute effectively throughout the 6-month internship period.
