Coordinate with Corporate Actions, Fund Desk, and Operations to align price effective dates and event impacts (splits, coupons, redemptions, suspensions). Execute daily, weekly, and monthly pricing quality KPIs and attestations (completeness %, stale rate, exception aging, SLA adherence). Contribute to the enhancement of pricing rules, dashboards, and controls to reduce false positives and improve straight-through processing. Participate in testing and validation of system changes impacting pricing. Update and maintain operational procedures including process flows, risks, controls, and KPIs specific to pricing. Economic, mathematical, or quantitative educational background. Solid knowledge of financial instruments and pricing conventions across asset classes. Strong prioritization skills, especially under cut-off pressure and incident scenarios. Familiarity with pricing controls including delta checks, stale/missing price detection, and vendor waterfall logic. Open mindset and team orientation with the ability to balance personal and team interests. Constructive communication of opinions and feedback. Proactive, problem-oriented approach with a strong client service ethic. Commitment to continuous learning and positive adoption of change. Consistent compliance with internal policies, vendor contracts, and relevant regulations. Adherence to UBP's core values: Dedication, Conviction, Agility, and Responsibility. A 6-month internship (interim mission) embedded in the Securities Master File team at UBP in Geneva.
