This role sits within the Personal & Corporate Global Multichannel Contact Center Services team, which is responsible for transforming, integrating and developing Contact Center related channels and products, operating under the Personal & Corporate Chief Operations Office business in Switzerland. Use data and insights to develop new products. Liaise with delivery leads and stakeholders to roll out solutions to multiple Contact Centers. Support senior project and product managers in their daily work. Support the creation of rollout plans. Create training material. Design communication material. Organise events around product presentations. Candidates must have completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree). A competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system is required. Strong English and German communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative, motivated to work in a demanding environment with tight deadlines. All academic majors are welcome, but a genuine interest in the financial industry is important.
