The Marketing & Digital Sales (M&DS) team is part of the COO area of UBS Switzerland and is responsible for transformation, integration, and product development. The Digital Communications & Growth team within M&DS shapes UBS's client engagement through data-driven campaigns, digital channel optimization, and online presence refinement, covering disciplines such as Content Marketing, On-site Steering, organic Social Media, and Growth Marketing. Collaborate with different teams on strategic projects aimed at improving client experience and driving engagement. Learn about the entire Marketing & Digital Sales offering in Switzerland and various initiatives across the bank. Build an understanding of UBS's industry, culture, and strategy, and how it operates to meet client needs. Work closely with experts on strategic website projects with a strong focus on website management and quality assurance. Operate at the intersection of Business, SEO/GEO, and CRO, gaining insights into the operational setup of a large marketing organization. Develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts, and attend educational events led by senior leaders. Candidates must have completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree). A competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system is required. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative. Excellent German and English skills are required; French and/or Italian is a plus. Project management experience with a strong focus on detail, accountability, and precision is expected. Experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress, HubSpot) and ideally having created websites independently is required. The ability to coordinate across various stakeholder groups, teams, and departments, as well as a genuine interest in leveraging data-driven insights and digital tools to enhance client engagement, are also essential. A 6-month off-cycle internship within UBS's Marketing & Digital Sales team in Zurich, starting 1st of June or by agreement.
