About

UBS is a leading global financial services firm with a truly global footprint. This off-cycle internship is part of the UBS 2026 Internship Program, based in Zurich, Switzerland, within the Group Brand and Marketing division, specifically the Sponsorship and Partnership team focused on International Culture. Support the sponsorship team in developing compelling sponsorship proposals and activation plans. Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary assets and information for sponsorship activations. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark sponsorship strategies. Support the team in maintaining relationships with sponsorship partners and ensuring timely fulfillment of sponsorship benefits. Support sponsorship request management, sponsorship project coordination and processes. Support content development across UBS Art Channels, including editorial, social, newsletter and more. Contribute to the creation of sponsorship reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to the measurement and performance optimization of sponsorships and partnerships. Support employee and community activation of platforms. Provide administrative support to the sponsorship department as needed. Strong team player with an interest in working in financial services and an eye for detail. Enthusiasm for sponsorship, partnerships, marketing, or international culture. Ability to collaborate across internal departments and manage multiple tasks. Strong analytical skills for market research and competitor analysis. Good written and communication skills for content development and report creation.
