UBS Global Wealth Management Business Risk Organization internship in Zurich. The Review & Risk Intelligence Team analyzes complex client groups, detects needs, and implements solutions to improve processes. UBS is a leading global wealth manager, universal bank in Switzerland, and present in more than 50 markets worldwide. Support the GFIW Business Risk Review & Risk Intelligence Team in analyzing complex client groups and detecting needs. Implement solutions to improve existing processes or drive new ones. Support day-to-day project management activities. Contribute to ensuring risk framework design and operation are effective. Collaborate with different teams on strategic projects to improve client experience and drive engagement. Build understanding of industry, culture, and strategy. Completed at least 4 semesters of bachelor's degree, graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's). Focus on business, finance, economics, STEM or similar preferred. Excellent English (written and oral). Strong communication skills, autonomous, diligent, detail-oriented work style. Good analytical skills with fast understanding of complex processes. Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Programming language knowledge (VBA, R, Python) preferred. Experience in Compliance, Risk Management or Legal roles preferred.
