Headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, the company operates a global retail network of nearly 200 points of sale across 36 countries. The Business Performance team works within an international luxury environment, with cross-functional collaboration across HQ and regional teams on business planning, forecasting, performance reporting and data analysis. Support the preparation and consolidation of monthly forecasting cycles, budget and strategic plans. Perform data validation and consistency checks to identify missing information or inconsistencies before review. Prepare planning templates, trackers and supporting documentation to facilitate forecasting and business planning activities. Prepare recurring analyses to support performance monitoring and provide the analytical foundation for business reviews and performance discussions. Perform first-level variance analyses to identify significant business trends, anomalies and potential performance drivers, highlighting key observations for further review. Prepare charts, tables, and data visualizations for leadership presentations and performance reviews. Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of reporting tools and dashboards. Participate in testing and validating new reports and dashboards developed in Looker. Support the identification of opportunities to automate manual reporting activities and improve reporting efficiency. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar. Strong interest in commercial performance, business planning and analytics. Proven ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends and generate actionable insights. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Proactive, enthusiastic, curious and agile personality. Collaborative spirit with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Fluency in English and French; other languages are a plus. An internship agreement (convention de stage) is required. A 6-month internship at one of the world's most prestigious luxury watchmaking Maisons, based in Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to business planning, forecasting, performance reporting and data analysis within an international luxury environment. The intern will benefit from cross-functional collaboration across HQ and regional teams and contribute to strategic and operational initiatives. Start date is August 17 or September 1, 2026.
