Van Cleef & Arpels is a prestigious French luxury jewellery and watch maison, renowned worldwide for its craftsmanship and heritage. This internship is based in Geneva, Switzerland, within the Europe Client team, which forms part of the regional Retail department. The role focuses on client experience, gifting, hospitality and client satisfaction across the European region.
Assist in monitoring forecasts, stock management and operational follow-up related to client experience tools and gifting. Contribute to the development and deployment of gifting and client treatment initiatives to elevate client experience. Coordinate with markets, suppliers and internal stakeholders on various projects and requests. Support client satisfaction monitoring and follow-up of action plans across the region. Assist in analysing client feedback, KPIs and client insights. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and boutique experience.
You have a keen interest in Luxury and Hospitality. You are energised by a variety of tasks with multiple projects running simultaneously. You are an adaptable, curious and collaborative team player with a proactive, positive attitude and a service-oriented mindset. You are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel and fluent in English.
