The Finance & Controlling department is offering a 6-month FP&A Controlling internship at its Geneva location. Collaborate with different departments with a strong focus on sales analysis and performance monitoring. Support the tracking of daily, weekly and monthly sales performance, contributing to forecasting activities and the annual budgeting process. Work closely with the EssilorLuxottica Group Corporate Finance team to ensure alignment between local and corporate reporting standards. Prepare accurate, clear and data-driven analyses to support business decisions across different topics and projects. Contribute to the preparation of monthly reviews for EssilorLuxottica Group, ensuring reliable and timely reporting. Support FP&A activities through the management of financial systems and the reconciliation of Profit & Loss accounts, ensuring a smooth and accurate P&L review process. Support data upload activities related to forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring data consistency, accuracy and reliability. Take an active role in improving reporting processes and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and quality of analysis. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good PowerPoint skills. Curious mindset, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and work independently. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a rigorous approach to financial controls. Strong problem-solving attitude and continuous focus on process improvement and efficiency. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Mandatory legal requirement: must be enrolled in a school or vocational training program provided for by cantonal or federal legislation (e.g., vocational baccalaureate, college, university of applied sciences, university).
