The role is based at Quai Zurich Campus in the heart of Zurich on the shores of Lake Zurich, within the Risk and Control team whose key stakeholders are located in Zurich, Switzerland. Support Zurich Internal Control Integrated Framework (ICIF) across the organization. Collaborate with team members and a global risk community to identify best practices in documenting and assessing risks and controls in financial reporting and operational risk areas. Collaborate with team members to develop training content and communication material. Contribute to overall innovation activities. Carry out hands-on work in operational day-to-day tasks related to Risk Management. Current enrolment in a University or Institute of higher education for the duration of the internship, specifically in the field of business, accounting, finance, economics or information systems. Team-oriented individual and strong communicator, able to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment and to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously. Proactive, customer-focused and responsible attitude. Strong skills in Microsoft standard software such as Excel and PowerPoint. Business fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage. Must be located in Switzerland and able to travel to the office for the duration of the role.
