The role sits within the Risk and Control function, supporting Zurich's Internal Control Integrated Framework (ICIF) with key stakeholders based in Zurich, Switzerland.
Support Zurich's Internal Control Integrated Framework (ICIF) across the organisation. Collaborate with team members and a global risk community to identify best practices in documenting and assessing risks and controls in the financial reporting and operational risk area. Collaborate with team members to develop training content and communication material. Contribute to overall innovation activities. Perform hands-on work in operational day-to-day tasks related to Risk Management.
Current enrolment in a university or institute of higher education for the duration of the internship, specifically in business, accounting, finance, economics, or information systems. Team-oriented individual and strong communicator, able to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment while prioritising and balancing multiple tasks simultaneously. Proactive, customer-focused, and responsible attitude. Strong skills in Microsoft standard software such as Excel and PowerPoint. Business fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage. Must be located in Switzerland and able to travel to the office for the duration of the role.
